Harry Stein

Harry has 20+ years of industry experience in a variety of roles, from IT Manager/Engineer, Critical Problem Resolution Engineer (Microsoft), Senior Software Developer (Heartland Payment Systems), Senior Software Conultant (VIASYS Critical Care).

He has been a key contributor at multiple corporations with expertise in security, forensics, systems programming, application (N-tier, Winform) development, and embedded real-time programming.

His industry experience has given him an understanding of computer, system, network, operating systems and program architecture from writing device drivers and dealing with interrupts, to writing system services, console applications, and developing operating system-centric or network-centric (sockets, TCP) applications (having spent 11 years for a premier real-time computer manufacturer and involved in all phases of hardware, firmware, and software development and as a key employee).

He is trusted repeatedly as work-from-home and 24 x 7 support.

Harry is an acknowledged expert in malware/virus removal not caught by Kaspersky/Trend Micro, etc. He can manage and support all of your PCs remotely. Leveraging his software development background, he can also write custom scripts or application software for SMBs/SMEs.

Andrew Stein

Andrew has 10+ years of IT experience in several roles: software engineer (UNC-Charlotte); server administrator (Munck Wilson Mandala); Android developer (UNC-Charlotte); Software Engineer (Simmons Corporation).

He is a Windows power user and an expert at troubleshooting complex problems with MS Windows (8, 7, Vista, XP, 2000, 98) with trade-secret tools/methodologies combined with a concrete grasp of the Windows operating system.

He is familiar with Windows Server 2003, 2008, Exchange server management, and Active Directory.

He expertise lies in .NET, Winforms application development, ASP.NET, PHP, jQuery, Android development; virtualization; web scraping; diagramming; computer imaging from one machine to another with disparate hardware.
